Senior Estimator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Estimator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Detailed tender handover with traceability and support from pre-contracts to project handover;
- Acting as the face of the business when dealing with clients, including pre and post tender meetings;
- Commercial, risk and profitability reviews;
- Liaising with the delivery arm of the business to understand and capture performance metrics including;
- Liaising with the team to ensure pre-contracts output efficiencies are met;
- Executing tender requests and submissions.
Requirements:
- Understanding of estimate classification classes;
- Proficiency with industry standard software including Microsoft suite;
- Preparation of bottom up and/or top down estimates;
- Experience with implementation of Bespoke estimating platforms;
- 5+ years estimating experience;
- Experience of working across EPC/EPCM projects.
