Our company is looking for a Senior Change Analyst – Financial Services to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Determine business readiness activities and deliverables in conjunction with the Change Manager;
- Maintain the change calendar and coordinate change review meetings;
- Create and deliver an appropriate engagement and communication plan in conjunction with organisations change methodology;
- Identify a stakeholder matrix and manage engagement with each stakeholder group;
- Implementation of transition planning and change management activities;
- Deliver business readiness activities in alignment with project delivery dates and milestones;
- Confirm training needs for all impacted audiences;
- Develop and deliver a business impact assessment;
- Provide timely insights and reporting to enable continual learning and improvement.

- Experience of projects within large complex organisations working within a change management methodology;
- Assist the Change Manager with Change Management activities and planning;
- Change Analyst expertise/exposure gained on medium scale transformational and/or technology programs;
- Good communicator and ability to translate complex language which can be understood.
