Senior Associate Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the planning of stock counts and briefing of staff and notifying other managers;
- Draft advices, prepare court documents and attend hearings;
- Mentor and train junior lawyers within the team;
- Contribute to the firm values and culture through participation in CSR, pro-bono and social activities;
- Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen;
- Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand;
- Delivery of progress/status reports to team manager/engagement leader;
- Facilitation of and attendance at planning meetings with client;
- Discussion of audit approach;
- Establish effective working relationships directly with clients;
- Assisting with the scheduling of fieldwork and booking of staff;
- Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above;
- Active involvement in business development and marketing initiatives;
- On the job training of staff & leadership of assignment team;
- Work across a diverse range of restructuring and insolvency matters, including cross-border matters.
Requirements:
- Exceptional client liaison skills;
- Excellent analytical, technical and drafting skills;
- At least 5 years PQE within a reputable Restructuring & Insolvency or Commercial Litigation practice;
- Commercial approach and experience dealing with complex transactions.
