Our company is looking for a Senior Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the planning of stock counts and briefing of staff and notifying other managers;
  • Draft advices, prepare court documents and attend hearings;
  • Mentor and train junior lawyers within the team;
  • Contribute to the firm values and culture through participation in CSR, pro-bono and social activities;
  • Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen;
  • Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand;
  • Delivery of progress/status reports to team manager/engagement leader;
  • Facilitation of and attendance at planning meetings with client;
  • Discussion of audit approach;
  • Establish effective working relationships directly with clients;
  • Assisting with the scheduling of fieldwork and booking of staff;
  • Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above;
  • Active involvement in business development and marketing initiatives;
  • On the job training of staff & leadership of assignment team;
  • Work across a diverse range of restructuring and insolvency matters, including cross-border matters.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional client liaison skills;
  • Excellent analytical, technical and drafting skills;
  • At least 5 years PQE within a reputable Restructuring & Insolvency or Commercial Litigation practice;
  • Commercial approach and experience dealing with complex transactions.
