Recruitment Coordinator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain list of account users in ATS;
- Support the Recruiting Team by scheduling all on-site interviews and feedback sessions;
- Conducting Boolean searches to actively talent pool for key roles;
- Collect, scan, and upload all interview/employment documents;
- Handle Recruiting and Phone Screen calendars;
- Scheduling interviews and supporting candidates through the interview process;
- Build and distribute daily interview schedules;
- Assist with headcount tracking;
- Ad hoc activities to support the broader recruitment function;
- Support Talent Management activities;
- Send offer letters;
- Job advertising and resourcing;
- You are data-driven: You are always trying to improve our hiring process and you will think with a data-first approach;
- Updating the applicant tracking system;
- Generating letters of offer and assisting with onboarding.
Requirements:
- Exceptional “can-do” and customer centric attitude;
- Previous experience in a Human Resources, Recruiting or Administrative role preferred;
- Grace, tact and a smile even in stressful situations;
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience;
- Have prior experience in building and maintaining successful stakeholder relationships across the various functions globally;
- Passion for driving an outstanding candidate experience;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality;
- Experience working with an ATS (Workday preferred);
- Demonstrated integrity, maturity, professionalism, and sensitivity;
- Have experience managing small projects with a focus on quality and on-time turnaround of deliverables;
- High attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Have experience in improving processes, identifying issues and gaps in processes, and suggesting user-focused improvements;
- At least 2 years of experience as an in-house coordinator supporting a fast-paced hiring team;
- Able to successfully run multiple tasks, with multiple timelines, for multiple Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
