Our company is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Building strong client relationships to create win-win outcomes;
  • Staff performance management and training;
  • Proactively network and source candidates via social media, Linkedin, and other various online initiatives;
  • Promote vacant positions across a range of digital platforms for current roles;
  • Demonstrating and driving a genuine commitment to safety through proactive safety initiatives;
  • Develop and release job postings on a platforms, such as social media and job boards;
  • Conducting phone interviews;
  • Candidate Acquisition;
  • Coordinate and conduct all pre-employment checks; reference checks, criminal record checks, work right checks and other pre-employment requirements;
  • Consult with your clients and candidates throughout the employment life cycle;
  • Working to achievable KPI’s;
  • Business development – a combination of warm/repeat along with PSA management;
  • Maintain and develop current client relationships to ensure that at all times they receive the best service possible and maximize business opportunity;
  • Supporting candidates through the onboarding process;
  • Research, source and drive talent acquisition within the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Experience developing recruitment strategies;
  • Experience in recruitment or human resources is highly rewarded;
  • Assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment and ensure timely delivery;
  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients;
  • Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond;
  • The ability to build relationships with different people and personalities;
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills;
  • The ability to handle adversary and rejection;
  • Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems;
  • A natural drive to succeed in your personal goals and celebrate the success of the team;
  • Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities;
  • Experience in a high volume Recruitment role;
  • Proven ability to manage and update databases with a keen attention to detail;
  • Understanding of the Aged Care or Health Sector and/or Blue Collar (Desirable);
  • Relevant Human Resources Qualification or proven experience.
