Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report on customer experience, complaints and business simplification;

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred;
  • Disclosure drafting experience with exceptional written communication skills;
  • Highly attuned, proactive issue identification and analytical abilities, generating innovative solutions to issues;
  • Exceptional superannuation and platforms knowledge;
  • At least 3 years’ experience in product management or financial services;
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills;
  • Exceptional problem solving skills and ability to identify and implement fit-for-purpose solutions;
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a highly legislated/ governed environment;
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, collaborative attitude with ability and desire to develop long term positive relationships.
