  • Develop from scratch a major gift strategy to deliver high levels of engagement and acquire high value donors;
  • Support on the overall fundraising strategy;

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with major supporters;
  • Ability to manage effective long -lasting relationships with donors;
  • Background in cultivating donors end-to-end;
  • Demonstrated record in achieving revenue targets and growing fundraising income;
  • Experience in stewarding major donors and have personal success in making significant asks;
  • Exceptional communication and relationship skills.
