IT Contract Analyst Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a IT Contract Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing reports on an ad hoc basis, and processing purchasing requisitions and vendor invoices through SAP;
- Reviewing hardware, software and services based contracts to ensure a high level of compliance is maintained.
Requirements:
- Ability to achieve commercial outcomes and business goals that mitigate risk and achieve value for money;
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment;
- Strong customer service mindset and stakeholder management skills;
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems;
- Tertiary qualifications or demonstrated experience in a similar role;
- CIPSA or IACCM qualifications as well as ITIL certification will be highly desirable;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to influence;
- Well developed analytical skills that form tangible commercial insights and drive accurate decision making.
