Our company is looking for a Internal Recruiter to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- End to end recruitment of casual and permanent staff;
- Onboarding;
- Day to day HR administration;
- Contract generation;
- Liaise with internal management and hiring managers to gain a brief on the required role and ensure an understanding of their requirements;
- Phone screening candidates;
- Sourcing candidates through advertising online and social media platforms including LinkedIn;
- Interviewing candidates face to face and shortlisting to final stages;
- Engage professionally with candidates and ensuring they have a positive recruitment experience with the business.
Requirements:
- Experience within a similar capacity either internal recruitment or agency;
- Must be immediately available to commence;
- Ability to make decisions;
- Corporately presented;
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
- Ability to work in a busy environment;
- Exposure to stakeholder management;
- Self-driven & Motivated.
