Our company is looking for a Internal Recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • End to end recruitment of casual and permanent staff;
  • Onboarding;
  • Day to day HR administration;
  • Contract generation;
  • Liaise with internal management and hiring managers to gain a brief on the required role and ensure an understanding of their requirements;
  • Phone screening candidates;
  • Sourcing candidates through advertising online and social media platforms including LinkedIn;
  • Interviewing candidates face to face and shortlisting to final stages;
  • Engage professionally with candidates and ensuring they have a positive recruitment experience with the business.

Requirements:

  • Experience within a similar capacity either internal recruitment or agency;
  • Must be immediately available to commence;
  • Ability to make decisions;
  • Corporately presented;
  • Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
  • Ability to work in a busy environment;
  • Exposure to stakeholder management;
  • Self-driven & Motivated.
