Implementation Consultant Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Implementation Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate project costing and Statements of Work;
- Product demonstrations in person and via web conference to clients or prospects;
- Provide clear documentation of each project phase and solution implementation;
- Project Requirements, SoWs and Documentation: Gather architecture, functional and design requirements;
- Manage client expectations regarding support and enhancement requests;
- Contribute to the product knowledge base articles;
- Provide technical support to HighQ clients as assigned;
- Work with the other business teams (primarily support, customer success and sales) in communicating the products to customers;
- Effectively manage expectations for implementation and on-going use;
- Troubleshoot system-related concerns, escalating where appropriate to assist with delivering a prompt resolution;
- Have an in-depth, technical knowledge of Tanda and its integrations;
- Ensure the Account Management and Support teams have the appropriate knowledge and tools to support customers post implementation;
- Train new customers of the fundamentals of Tanda and Workforce Success, guiding adoption and activation;
- Identify areas for improvement in the implementation process and make recommendations to Management;
- Liaise with the Sales team to understand customer needs and accurately scope internal and external requirements.
Requirements:
- General familiarity with web technologies and trends;
- HTML and CSS experience;
- Good understanding of browser, plugin and computer settings that can affect web applications;
- Sound understanding of Javascript and jQuery;
- Experience building email templates with email marketing tools;
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X, Android & iOS;
- Strong knowledge/experience with web applications;
- Strong SaaS software trouble shooting/analytic skills.
