  • Lodging payment claims;
  • Ad hoc tasks;
  • Accessing account payments;
  • Monthly budgeting and forecasting;
  • Being a key operator in the business plan creation;
  • Assist in month end and produce monthly management reports;
  • Process improvement and documentation;
  • Suggesting budgets and improvements based on the above information;
  • Developing financial models and providing financial forecasts;
  • Development of new reports;
  • Preparing reports on the above information and communicating the insights of these reports to the wider business;
  • liaising with external stakeholders;
  • Financial reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;
  • Exploring different investment opportunities;
  • Consulting with the management team to develop long-term commercial plans.


  • Good written and verbal communication skills;
  • Problem solving, planning and analytical skills to facilitate and focus on continuous improvement and innovation;
  • Experience to the automation tools and programing languages like Python, SQL & VBA. Advanced Excel skills;
  • At least Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Financial or other relevant fields;
  • Team player who is flexible and maintains a positive attitude even during changing work priorities;
  • Demonstrated strategic thought leadership; superior problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Ability to collaborate across geographies and flexible to work across multiple time zones;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate and influence stakeholders;
  • Degree/ diploma in accounting;
  • Experience with statistical analysis and financial forecasting;
  • Experience on following systems highly desired – Oracle, Essbase, TM1, OBIEE, Tableau, Cornerstone;
  • Ability to learn new software and processes quickly. Ability to document and coordinate with SMEs and development resources during delivery life cycle;
  • Self-motivated with superior organizational/time management skills and a dynamic, positive and energetic attitude;
  • Attention to detail and the ability to identify data patterns;
  • Experience on major transformational projects relating to financial systems and processes are preferred (SAP, Oracle, Blackline),
