Responsibilities:
- Lodging payment claims;
- Ad hoc tasks;
- Accessing account payments;
- Monthly budgeting and forecasting;
- Being a key operator in the business plan creation;
- Assist in month end and produce monthly management reports;
- Process improvement and documentation;
- Suggesting budgets and improvements based on the above information;
- Developing financial models and providing financial forecasts;
- Development of new reports;
- Preparing reports on the above information and communicating the insights of these reports to the wider business;
- liaising with external stakeholders;
- Financial reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;
- Exploring different investment opportunities;
- Consulting with the management team to develop long-term commercial plans.
Requirements:
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Problem solving, planning and analytical skills to facilitate and focus on continuous improvement and innovation;
- Experience to the automation tools and programing languages like Python, SQL & VBA. Advanced Excel skills;
- At least Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Financial or other relevant fields;
- Team player who is flexible and maintains a positive attitude even during changing work priorities;
- Demonstrated strategic thought leadership; superior problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Ability to collaborate across geographies and flexible to work across multiple time zones;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate and influence stakeholders;
- Degree/ diploma in accounting;
- Experience with statistical analysis and financial forecasting;
- Experience on following systems highly desired – Oracle, Essbase, TM1, OBIEE, Tableau, Cornerstone;
- Ability to learn new software and processes quickly. Ability to document and coordinate with SMEs and development resources during delivery life cycle;
- Self-motivated with superior organizational/time management skills and a dynamic, positive and energetic attitude;
- Attention to detail and the ability to identify data patterns;
- Experience on major transformational projects relating to financial systems and processes are preferred (SAP, Oracle, Blackline),
