Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project business analysts and subject matter experts to identify stakeholders and;
- Develop and apply change management plans, strategies, tools and processes specific to the needs of;
- Develop GPC’s organisational change management capabilities through application of a structured;
- perform impact analysis and change readiness assessments at various stages;

Requirements:
