Our company is looking for a Senior Design Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Researching & implementing regulations, building codes, Australian standards etc;
- Checking architectural drawings and specifications;
- Chairing / attending meetings with clients, consultants and authorities;
- Leading pre construction project teams;
- Assisting directors in the preparation of client / architect agreements;
- Conducting a design review of all construction documentation and the delivery of works completed;
- Instructing and coordinating team members;
- Processing and approving consultants claims.
