Senior Architect

The Senior Architect selects, evaluates, and implements architectural procedures and techniques used to complete projects. Responsible for minor or small architectural projects. Being a Senior Architect may supervise and guide the work of lower-level architects. Prepares reports and specifications as requested. In addition, Senior Architect typically requires the use of more advanced techniques. Requires a bachelor’s degree of architecture. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Requires a state architect’s license. Being a Senior Architect contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Working as a Senior Architect typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience.

Our company is looking for a Senior Architect to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the business’ ICT strategies and enterprise architecture artifacts;
  • Provide content for, and manage ICT architecture software and tools;
  • Document and map the business’ technology and application layers;
  • Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders;
  • Maintain an awareness of emerging technologies and provide expert advice and services on how to use these technologies to meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • Min. 7 years of experience as a Project Architect (in Australia);
  • Coordinating with consultants and responding/dealing with RFIs directly;
  • Experienced in taking projects from concept to completion;
  • Has been exposed to multple projects – residential, commercial & hospitality;
  • Experience delivering large projects or multiple smaller/mid-sized projects;
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strong client relationships, and creating a foundation for repeat clients;
  • Strong understanding of Revit.
