Facilities Coordinator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Organising inspections to tenanted sites for assessment of repair or maintenance needs;
- Averaging 12 visits per day or 60 per week;
- Passing information back to the Property Managers to complete works;
- Internal and external stakeholder engagement;
- Producing accurate condition reports through the CRM.
Requirements:
- Ability to be flexible with work schedule;
- Ability to work independently and at times with limited direction;
- Keen eye for detail, highly proactive and able to remain calm under pressure;
- Promotes teamwork both internally and externally, works exceptionally well with executives, staff and external vendors/visitors;
- Excellent organizational and execution skill;
- Experience or passion to work in dynamic environment; ability to juggle multiple tasks;
- Experienced in coordinating events, projects, or large groups of people;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
