MIT/ CT Technologist

The Opportunity
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join a collaborative imaging team working across a modern diagnostic imaging environment.

This role would suit a CT Technologist who enjoys working within a close-knit team, takes pride in delivering high-quality imaging.

You will have the opportunity to work across CT and General X-ray, while being supported by an experienced team and an organisation committed to ongoing training and career development.

Clinical Environment

• Broad CT and General X-ray caseload
• Minimum two years' CT experience required
• Collaborative multidisciplinary team
• Opportunities to further develop your technical and clinical skills
• Structured training and professional development pathways

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT and General X-ray examinations in accordance with clinical protocols
• Produce consistently high-quality diagnostic images
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity throughout the imaging process
• Communicate clearly with patients and provide appropriate support before, during, and after examinations
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and imaging records
• Work collaboratively with Radiologists, fellow Technologists, and the wider clinical team
• Maintain high standards of radiation safety, quality assurance, and professional practice

About You

• Registered, or eligible for registration, with the New Zealand Medical Radiation Technologists Board (MRTB)
• Current Annual Practising Certificate
• Minimum two years' CT experience
• Sound General X-ray capability
• Strong technical and clinical knowledge
• Commitment to maintaining high clinical and ethical standards
• Current right to work in New Zealand
