- Diversity of work In this role, you'll:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients engaged in technical, scientific, or high-impact commercial projects
- Lead client engagements from early discussions and eligibility assessments to documentation and strategic advice
- Translate technical concepts into structured, accurate submissions and reports
- Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment
- Stay ahead of policy developments and contribute to internal capability and process improvement
- Play an active role in building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities
We’re seeking someone who brings:
- Around 8+ years of relevant experience in R&D advisory, innovation incentives, or a mix of technical/consulting work
- Qualifications in Engineering, Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Law, or a similar field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical ideas in a business context
- Experience managing client relationships and balancing multiple deliverables
- A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset someone who values both independence and teamwork
