This is a hands-on operator role for someone who loves getting jobs done—fast, clean, and to spec.

The Role

Own the end-to-end delivery of small works and responsive maintenance across residential properties managed by Henderson Asset Management and recently completed Endeavour Build homes.

Day-to-day you’ll:

• Responsive Maintenance: Action work orders, make-safes, and urgent repairs with photographic before/after proof and clear notes in the app.
• Minor Works & Defects: Patch & paint, doors/hardware, skirting/architraves, tiling regrout/silicone, basic cabinetry fixes, minor concreting, glazing swaps, etc.
• Quality Finishes: Deliver neat, durable outcomes that reduce call-backs (first-time-fix mindset).
• Scheduling & Admin: Receive jobs via our system, confirm ETAs, order small materials, close out with photos, labour & materials logged accurately.
• Trade Coordination (when needed): Identify when a licensed trade is required (plumbing/electrical). Book approved subbies and verify completion to scope.
• Site Safety & Compliance: Follow SWMS/WHS, protect surfaces, leave sites spotless, and keep tenants/owners informed.

What You’ll Bring

• Multi-trade capability: Carpentry, patch/paint, tiling/silicone, basic concreting, general maintenance.
• Speed + standards: You move quickly without cutting corners.
• Systems-friendly: Comfortable using job apps for scheduling, notes, photos, and invoicing inputs.
• Communication: Clear, polite updates to tenants, PMs, and owners.
• Problem solving: If it’s broken—you fix it; if it needs a specialist—you line it up.

• First-Time-Fix Rate (target ≥ 85%)
• Response & Attendance SLAs (same-day acknowledgement; on-site within agreed window)
• Defect Close-Out Time (avg days to completion)
• Customer Feedback/CSAT (tenants/owners/PMs)
• Cost Control & Accurate Job Logs (materials + labour entered same day)
• Zero Safety Incidents & Clean Site Handovers
