Akkodis is seeking an experienced Sitecore Systems Administrator / Cloud & DevOps Engineer to join a high-performing team supporting enterprise-scale digital platforms. This role offers the opportunity to work across cloud infrastructure, DevOps automation, Sitecore administration, and platform operations in a modern Agile environment.

About the Role

You will be responsible for administering, supporting, and optimizing enterprise Sitecore environments and the cloud infrastructure that underpins them. Working closely with developers, architects, and operational teams, you will help ensure secure, scalable, and highly available digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support enterprise Sitecore CMS/DXP environments.
  • Manage AWS cloud services and platform operations.
  • Build and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, and automation tools.
  • Support Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications.
  • Monitor platform performance, availability, security, and reliability.
  • Resolve complex technical issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile delivery environments.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years' experience in Systems Administration, Cloud Engineering, Platform Operations, or DevOps.
  • Strong Sitecore administration experience including deployments, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, ECS, EKS, Load Balancers, DNS, CDK).
  • Azure DevOps pipelines using YAML.
  • Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Git, and Artifactory expertise.
  • Kubernetes administration and container platforms.
  • Windows Server administration; Linux/RHEL experience highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.

Nice to Have

  • Akamai CDN experience.
  • AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Azure, Linux, or DevOps certifications.
  • Cloud security and vulnerability management exposure.
  • Experience within enterprise, government, or regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, routing, SSL certificates, and networking fundamentals .
