Your new role

• Lead of the Oracle Fusion Implementation ensuring alignment to scope, timelines and quality outcomes.
• Key relationship lead with Chief Financial Officer
• Manage a team of finance SMEs and project staff
• Define and drive future-state business processes, including requirements, design decisions, and standard vs customization trade-offs
• Oversee functional design, configuration, and testing, including validating solutions against business requirements and scenarios
• Manage cross functional dependencies in conjunction with other project leads
• Drive business readiness and adoption, supporting UAT, change impacts and transition to BAU
• Act as primary escalation point resolving design, process or stakeholder conflicts within the domain

What you'll need to succeed
Prior experience delivering implementation of Oracle Fusion or transitions from Oracle EBS to FusionDemonstrated experience at a senior level in the preparation and provision of clear, concise and practical functional advice, recommendations and solutions through effective engagement with business stakeholders.Demonstrated experience and in-depth knowledge of ERP functional design and implementation, including requirements definition, process design, testing and deployment within large, complex environments.Experience in leading, mentoring and coordinating functional teams, embedding a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.Demonstrated experience in working with implementation partners and managing functional deliverables, governance processes and adherence to agreed standards and frameworks.
