About Our Client

Our Client is a leading Australian contractor specialising in construction, industrial services, environmental solutions and remediation projects. With a strong reputation for delivering complex projects safely and effectively, they continue to provide innovative solutions across a range of industries.

What You Will Be Doing

This role will oversee daily site operations, coordinate personnel and subcontractors, and ensure project activities are completed safely and efficiently.

• Supervising daily remediation project activities
• Coordinating operators, labourers and subcontractors
• Managing site logistics and work schedules
• Liaising with client representatives and contract teams
• Monitoring safety, quality and environmental compliance
• Assisting with planning and reporting requirements

What You Will Need

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Civil Supervision
• Current Construction White Card
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing civil construction crews
• Civil plant operating tickets and experience (preferred)
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
