We are hiring for Project Manager and Business Analyst with hands-on experience delivering

ITSM platform implementation based in Adelaide

Type: Contract till mid year with high possibility of extensions

Location: Adelaide (on-site)

Working Rights: Candidates with full working rights (Australian Citizen, PR, visa holders)

Essential Skills And Experience

• Experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst on ITSM implementation projects.
• Demonstrated experience delivering ITSM implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of ITIL principles and service management processes.
• Proven experience managing technology implementation projects involving vendors, technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong project planning, governance, risk management and delivery management skills.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and facilitating decision-making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Ability to drive outcomes, manage competing priorities and deliver successful project results.

Highly Desirable

• Experience implementing enterprise ITSM platforms such as HaloITSM, Alemba, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management or similar.
• ITIL certification.
• Government sector experience.
• ICT service delivery and operational experience.
• Understanding of CMDB, Service Catalogue, Knowledge Management and Facilities Management services.
