• Dial in espresso, steam milk to perfection, and prepare high-quality coffee beverages efficiently.
• Provide friendly, fast, and personalised customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic coffee bar and seating area.
• Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions and cash handling accurately.
• Restock pastries, coffee beans, milk, and other supplies throughout the shift.

### What We Are Looking For

• **Experience:** Minimum **2 years of barista experience** is required. Previous specialty coffee or high-volume café experience is highly preferred.
• **Availability:** Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends. **Sunday and Monday availability is essential.**
• **Hours:** Café trading hours are **6:30 AM to 2:30 PM**.
• **Skills:** Strong communication skills, ability to multitask under pressure, attention to detail, and a positive team-player attitude.
• **Reliability:** Punctual, dependable, and able to consistently arrive on time for early morning shifts.
• **Attitude:** Passion for coffee, customer service, and willingness to contribute to a positive workplace culture.
