Accounts Officer – AP & AR

• Perth CBD
• $42 per hour + super
• 4–8 Week Contract
• Immediate Start

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join a busy finance team for an urgent 4–8 week contract based in the Perth CBD.

This is a high-volume role requiring someone who is confident across both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable , has strong working knowledge of Xero , and can hit the ground running with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• High-volume accounts payable and receivable processing

• Processing and reconciling supplier invoices

• Preparing payment runs

• Allocating and receipting customer payments

• Bank and account reconciliations

• Following up outstanding accounts

• Managing finance queries from customers and suppliers

• Assisting the broader finance team as required

About You

• Previous experience in a high-volume Accounts Officer position

• Strong experience across both AP and AR

• Confident using Xero

• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Available to commence at short notice
