Wholesale and Product Development Admin Assistant

Job Description

At Munro Footwear Group (MFG), we are looking for a Wholesale and Product Development Admin Assistant working with a portfolio of wholesale brands with a key focus on I Love Billy.

Reporting to the Product Developer , you'll be an integral part of the Wholesale and Product Development team, providing administrative support that keeps the wholesale functions on track. From sample management and maintaining product information to supporting range releases, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our products move seamlessly from concept to market.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting the Product Development team with administration
• Coordinating samples, including receiving, labelling, photographing and preparing products for photography and customer presentations
• Maintaining product data, specifications and item information
• Assisting with catalogue preparation and wholesale product information
• Communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support the development process
• Assist with end-to-end management of wholesale sample and production orders

About you

• Previous administration experience, ideally in a product, retail or wholesale environment
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capability
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Outlook and Excel – essential
• Experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop - highly regarded
• Experience with Infor M3 or another ERP system - highly regarded
• Qualification in Fashion, Textiles or a related discipline is advantageous
