About The Role
The Brand and Campaign Coordinator provides specialist communications expertise to support Carpentaria’s strategic objectives, enhance organisational reputation, and strengthen stakeholder engagement. This role is responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering internal and external communication initiatives, as well as organising events that promote community engagement and increase awareness of Carpentaria’s services and impact.
About You
- Certificate IV in a marketing or communications-related discipline and/or demonstrated experience in the communications and marketing-related field.
- Strong experience using social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Linked In and YouTube.
- Graphic design and creative content platform experience
- Ability to conceptualise, film and edit short-form video and prepare photography for social media channels.
- Demonstrated experience in planning, coordinating and delivering a diverse range of formal and informal events.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse communication data, evaluate performance outcomes and develop recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Experience developing communication and marketing materials that align with organisational brand guidelines.
- Proven organisational and time management skills with the ability to work positively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
