About this opportunity

The role involves:

• Interviewing volunteers and referring them to the most appropriate volunteer position with our Not for Profit Member Organisations (Agencies).

• Maintaining regular contact with your assigned volunteers until they achieve their volunteering goals. The extent of contact with the volunteer will depend on their personal circumstances.

• Maintaining records of your volunteers including on the national database of volunteers.

• You will gain an understanding of our member Agencies, their service focus and volunteering programs.
