About the Position
As the organisation continues to grow we're looking for an experienced and passionate Speech Pathologist to lead the launch of services as the  Team Lead Speech Pathologist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage own caseload in areas of interest to you
• Providing therapy/assessment services in clinic or community settings
• Provide support with service development and team growth
• Facilitate clinical supervision and mentoring to junior clinicians
• Collaborating as part of a team to achieve client-centred practice
• Participating in education training sessions, team meetings, etc

Essential Criteria

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• Current Speech Pathology Australia certificate (SPA)
• Clinical experience working within the disability sector or paediatrics
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and reporting
• Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Speech Therapist
• Strong understanding of NDIS Framework
