About the Role




You will work closely with a small team of dedicated developers so this role requires someone with a proactive mindset who can work both collaboratively and autonomously. You’ll be encouraged to bring ideas to the table, contribute to continuous improvements, and apply strong problem-solving skills across a variety of initiatives.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining applications, working alongside other capable developers, testers, Business Analysts, and technical leaders. The role offers a great mix of new development, platform enhancements, and ongoing support for both internal teams and a diverse external client base.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Contribute to the design and development of secure, scalable software solutions
• Build new features and enhance existing platforms
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
• Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based environments (Azure)
• Troubleshoot issues and support internal stakeholders and customers
• Collaborate in a Lean/Kanban environment with a strong focus on continuous improvement

Skills & Experience

• Ideally 2-5 years’ experience in software development
• Skills Essential: C#, SQL Server, .NET Core, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML-CSS, WEB API, MVC
• Additional or Willing to Learn: Experience with VueJS, jQuery, AJAX, Azure Cloud Services, Azure DevOps, Ionic
• Bachelor of Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
• Certifications Held or Willing to Work Towards: AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals, AZ-204 Azure Developer Associate,
  AZ-104 Azure Administrator Associate
  Additional : AZ-500 Azure Security Engineer, AZ-400 Azure DevOps
