Beverage Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Beverage Coordinator to join our growing team at Vision Made Co. Working closely with our Beverage Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across production, procurement, and customer coordination—all while supporting exciting new product launches.

This is a dynamic role suited to someone who thrives on multitasking, loves working behind the scenes to bring products to life, and is passionate about driving quality outcomes in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate co-manufacturing production runs and maintain production schedules
• Manage procurement of ingredients, packaging, and raw materials
• Liaise with co-manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams to meet delivery timelines
• Assist with quotes, costings, and customer queries
• Support new product development, sampling, and product launch activities
• Maintain product documentation, specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years’ experience in operations, supply chain, or production (ideally food/beverage)
• Excellent coordination skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience working with co-manufacturers and managing procurement
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, spec systems, and documentation tools
• Bonus: familiarity with health supplements and/or HACCP/GMP standards
