Our client is a well-established operator within the mining and resources sector, supporting major coal export operations in Queensland. They are known for prioritising safety, reliability and operational excellence across all site activities.
Your new role
You will be part of a shutdown crew working at the DBCT coal terminal over a 5-week period commencing in late June. The roster consists of 12-hour shifts on a rotation of 4 days, 4 nights, followed by 4 days off. This role does not require a trade qualification or confined space certification; however, you must have relevant industry experience and be comfortable working in a heavy industrial environment.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Similar industrial painter blaster experience
- Valid drivers licence
- White Card
- Working at Heights certificate within 2 years
- Ability to complete a police check
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screen
