Your new role As the go-to contact for small business banking customers, youll manage an average of 40 calls per day in a high-volume contact centre environment. Your focus will be delivering timely, accurate and empathetic solutions while working within clear performance metrics and service standards.This is a fast-paced, outcomes-driven role where your work genuinely impacts small business owners across Australia and New Zealand.
Responsibilities: Assist small business owners with maintenance of existing business loans, transactional and savings accountsService enquiries, provide loan payout quotes and oversee term deposit enquiriesGuide customers in the use of internet banking and resolve online access issuesSupport customers with fraudulent transaction disputesIssue new and replacement debit cardsProvide account statements and support applications for temporary overdrafts and bank guaranteesHandle sensitive and complex conversations (e.g. customers in financial difficulty or bereavement)Manage high call volumes within strict time pressures and KPI targetsFollow scripts and processes, perform ID checks and ensure compliant, empathetic handling.
