Pre Client Services | HR Generalist

Our Pre-Client Services team is growing. This is a unique role in which we are seeking HR Generalists to support our potential clients with generalist based enquires. You will be working with high experienced business development managers, where the clients have a potential challenge and are seeking generalist-based information that showcases the Peninsula service.

You will be someone who can think quickly, ask deep questions and provide guidance where required. This role is based in office, working with potential clients face to face. As a true pre-client services position, this role has a bonus structure that will accelerate your earnings well past $150K per year.

What we’re looking for

  • Generalist HR Experience is required, including understanding of NES.
  • Someone who can keep things simple and practical, even when the topic isn’t.
  • Strong influencing language and communication skills.
  • Around 2+ years’ experience in a generalist role.
  • A team player who enjoys working closely with others.
