Strata Manager

Wood Recruitment is partnering with a well-established strata management business to recruit a Strata Manager for its Perth-based team. This opportunity would suit an Assistant Strata Manager ready to step up, an experienced Strata Manager seeking a more supportive environment, or a property or legal professional looking to transition into the strata industry. What you'll be doing:

• Managing a portfolio of strata companies with the support of dedicated administration staff and experienced leadership
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, council members, contractors and key stakeholders
• Coordinating meetings, maintenance matters, compliance requirements and day-to-day portfolio management activities

What you'll need:

• Minimum 1 year of Strata experience
• Excellent written & verbal communicator
• Certificate IV in Strata
