Epiroc Australia is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and organised Service Administrator. This a 12 month fixed term position that will be based at our Perth Service Centre.

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
· Comply with all Epiroc policies and procedures
· Open and Close Service/Work Orders
· Perform day to day administration for New Machine Pre-Delivery team, ensuring accurate and timely updates
· Generate reports to capture up to date system records and capture final costs for job closures
· Monitor and resolve discrepancies between job records, costs and invoices
· Process time sheets and time sheet reconciliation
· Support invoicing, purchase orders and E-purchase/E payables system related tasks
· General administrative duties as required
Ideally, you will possess:
· Suitable Administration qualifications
· Experience in a similar administration role
· Ability to multi task and react to changing objectives
· Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
· Skilled in the use of SAP, Microsoft Office suite
· Strong communication skills
As part of our recruitment process, we require a National Police Clearance amongst other pre-employment verification requirements.
