Customer Service Coordinator

About the Role:




An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join a leading Automotive Business based in Clayton. This is an initial 6-week temporary opportunity with strong potential to become permanent. Working within a fast-paced and collaborative team, you will play a key role in managing customer enquiries, and ensuring seamless communication between customers, dealerships, workshops, and leasing partners. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and confirm bookings, follow-ups, and new orders.
• Manage inbound phone calls and email enquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
• Prepare invoices, warranty documentation, and maintain accurate internal records.
• Coordinate vehicle movements and liaise with dealerships, workshops, and leasing companies.
• Provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders throughout the pre-delivery process.
• Support the wider team with general administration and contribute to team meetings as required.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience within an Administration, Customer Service, Call Centre, or Coordination role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Confidence learning new systems and adapting to changing priorities.
