Appian Developer

We are looking for an experienced Appian Developer with strong client-facing experience in designing, developing, and deploying Appian-based applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in low-code automation, enterprise architecture, and workflow solutions, along with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple client engagements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• 4-8 years of client-facing experience in analysis, design, development, and application deployment of Appian based applications
• Working knowledge of relevant automation and low-code trends, standards, practices
• Understanding of ERP, CRM, BPM/Workflow, Data Integration Architecture or EAI and/or applied knowledge of enterprise architecture, including data management.
• Experience with Appian custom development (e.g., language -Java)
• Familiarity with a range of automation and low-code platforms
• Experience leading teams and coaching junior staff
• Ability to provide insight based on experience on recommended actions.
• Industry experience in Financial Services preferred but not required
• Ability to navigate challenges posed by clients and highlight risks as well as solutions for mitigating risks identified.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Developer Certification(s) to credentials your Appian experience, along with the motivation to keep learning more
• Ability to lead multiple engagements concurrently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong Design and Development in Appian
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly motivated self-driven with a positive attitude.
