Assistant Restaurant Manager

Paradiso Bar and Grill is a long-established restaurant located at 215 Camberwell Road Hawthorn East opposite the Rivoli Cinema in the heart of the Camberwell Junction.

We are seeking a well-experienced hospitality professional to join our dedicated management team.

The successful candidate must:

• Have solid senior roll restaurant experience.
• Have an appreciation for good food and wine. 
• Have solid understanding of wine and cocktails. 
• Have sound social media skills. 
• Be a good communicator with problem solving skills.
• Be career driven. 
• Love people and hospitality.
• Be available for 38 hours per week. 
• Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident with the right to work full time.
