Cafe / Restaurant Manager BN130

We are seeking a Café / Restaurant Manager to join our clients at an upmarket hotel in Perth and surrounding Northern Suburbs, WA. on a permanent full-time basis. Candidates with Hospitality Management qualifications or equivalent experience are encouraged to apply.

As a Café / Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Planning menus in consultation with Chefs.
• Planning and organising special functions.
• Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods in line with budget.
• Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.
• Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and remain clean, functional, and of suitable appearance.
• Conferring with customers to assess satisfaction with meals and service.
• Selecting, training, and supervising waiting and kitchen staff.
• Engaging with customers regarding concerns, complaints, and queries in a professional manner.
• Ensuring company policies, procedures, and values are followed by staff.
• Organising and allocating staff shifts.
• Monitoring and enforcing health and safety standards across the venue, educating staff as required.
• Ensuring compliance with OH&S, Liquor Licensing, and other regulatory requirements.

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate:

• Formal qualifications with at least 1 year of relevant full-time employment experience; or in the absence of qualifications, a minimum of 3 years’ relevant employment experience.
• A strong focus on delivering efficient and effective customer service.
• Punctuality, strong leadership, and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve business goals.
• Access to reliable transport.
