• 2.5 full-time RNs daily supporting CDM, care plans, and assessments
• Currently 8 GPs 
• Operating hours: Mon-Fri 9am-11pm, Sat-Sun 9am-4pm
• Best Practice software in use
• IV services, women's health, skin clinic, weight loss management, allied health
• On-site pathology, micro-needling treatment, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections
• Up to 1 week wait for appointments, indicating high patient demand
