Facilities Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to manage the operational performance of a portfolio of commercial assets in a client-side, corporate environment . This role suits candidates from commercial property management, facilities management, contract management, or client-side project management backgrounds.

This is a largely autonomous role focused on service delivery, compliance, contractor management, and stakeholder engagement. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing day-to-day building operations and essential services
• Managing contractors, consultants, and service agreements
• Ensuring WHS, statutory, and building compliance obligations are met
• Managing operational budgets, reporting, and forecasts
• Overseeing fit-outs and minor works projects
• Acting as the key point of contact for tenants and internal stakeholders
• Participating in an after-hours/on-call roster

About you:

• Experience in a commercial, client-side environment
• Strong understanding of building services, compliance, and service delivery
• Confident managing contractors, budgets, and multiple priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
