Job Description

• Provide after sales technical support on solar & battery products.
• Responding to inbound calls & emails and offering the appropriate solution.
• Assist customer with WO warranty replacement/installation arrangements
• Providing onsite installation instructions.

Experiences & Requirements

• Prior experiences in solar panel & invertor
• Relevant engineering degree.
• Full work rights in Australia
• Currently based in Brisbane
