We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support technology and business initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyse processes and identify opportunities for improvement., * Support Technology Infrastructure projects.

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analyse and map current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop tactical plans to improve business processes and outcomes.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to complex business requirements.
• Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and communication throughout projects.
• Ensure requirements and processes are clearly documented.

About The Candidate

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with process mapping and business process analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of BABOK is advantageous.
• Experience in Technology Infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Industry experience across Natural Resources, Utilities, Construction or Electrical environments will be highly regarded.
• Comfortable with occasional travel to the Olympic Dam site.
