Analyst - Dynamics 365 & Power Platform

THE ROLE  

As the Analyst – Dynamics 365 & Power Platform, you will be an integral part of the Digital Services Team, working closely with business operations and reporting to the Technology Principal Data Strategy and Business Intelligence. 

This role leads the technical design, development and optimisation of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, including CRM customisation and configuration, Power Apps, Power Automate, integrations and low-code application development.

Duties will include: 

• Lead the design, customisation, configuration and ongoing optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 solutions. 
• Develop and support Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, custom connectors, workflows, business rules and plugins. 
• Provide end-to-end technical ownership of CRM, AlayaCare and related business application solutions, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. 
• Deliver integrations, data migrations and system improvements that support reliable data flow across business systems. 
• Work with business users and stakeholders to understand requirements, solve system challenges and improve user experience. 
• Support and mentor users to get the most out of systems, reporting and application functionality. 
• Maintain clear documentation for system configurations, processes and training materials. 
• Stay current with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform updates, recommending enhancements that improve performance, security and compliance. 

THE CANDIDATE  

We are looking for an experienced and solutions-focused ICT professional with strong Dynamics 365, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform capability. You will be confident taking ownership of complex technical solutions, working with stakeholders, mentoring users and supporting continuous improvement across business applications and systems. 

The ideal candidate will possess: 

• Strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM technical and functional knowledge. 
• A good understanding of solution structure within Dynamics and modularising individual product offerings. 
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Automate, including standard connectors with Power Apps and related products. 
• Experience extending the Dynamics platform using JavaScript-based web resources. 
• Experience using Canvas Apps and Pages to extend the model-driven application of Dynamics. 
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and experience working in Agile or DevOps environments. 
• Ability to build relationships, negotiate, influence and liaise with senior leaders and key stakeholders. 
• Ability to think strategically, exercise sound judgement, prioritise work and meet deadlines. 
• Degree qualification in Business or ICT relevant disciplines, with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform certifications highly regarded. 
• Knowledge of Azure services and scripting languages such as PowerShell would be beneficial.
