Your role
What you’ll be doing:
You will be working as a Graduate Electrical Engineer within the Mechanical & Electrical team.
Your duties will include assisting the project team with technical support activities, as determined by the Team Leader and/or other senior members of the team. Working under the supervision of a more senior member of staff, you may be allowed to lead sections of a project. You will be required to work in close cooperation with others in BWB.
You will be required to:
- Communicate effectively and cooperate within a project team to support the achievement of a project brief.
- Provide solutions to technical problems and provide input to technical reports, with the support from Senior members of the team.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues throughout the Company, Clients, and Suppliers.
- Promote the Company and its services to others.
- Demonstrate willingness and take a proactive approach to ongoing CPD.
About you
What you’ll bring:
- Ideally, you will have a degree in Building Services Engineering or your final year studying toward this
- Good skills in problem-solving
- Good communication and personal organization skills and be able to work in a team environment
- Demonstrable enthusiasm, ambition, and a willingness to learn
- Good Computer skills, in particular with the suite of Microsoft Office software applications
