About the role

This firm is looking for a Manager to bring their expertise and client focus to the Perth Private Enterprise ( Business Services ) team. Business owners face challenges at every stage of the business lifecycle — from daily operations, tax and compliance, to navigating a competitive market and planning a future exit.

The firm is committed to delivering a genuinely agile, authentic and personal client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of large, privately-owned businesses and their owners, collaborating with teams across the firm nationally
• Build close client relationships, offering proactive, practical solutions to the challenges they face
• Develop and implement commercial structures that help clients achieve their business and personal goals
• Develop and inspire a team of Associates and Senior Associates
• Engage in business development to grow your portfolio and build your area of specialization

About you

• Degree in Business/Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field (including relevant overseas qualifications)
• CA or CPA qualified, or equivalent professional accreditation
• Broad business advisory experience, including private business and high-net-worth clients, leading high-quality strategic projects
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Genuine people leadership and management capability, with real care for your team
