Operations Lead (Account Director)

Job description

AustCorp is currently supporting a key client in securing an Operations Lead who can run a Multi-state Facilities Management Contract from a Perth Base. While Perth based, this role will require regular interstate travel to ensure effective contract and service delivery and interstate management support.




Base Criteria

You will need to demonstrate that you have run a large multi-site, ideally multi-state contract covering a mix of commercial / industrial premises, aviation contracts or hospitals in excess of $150M annual value.




Key Responsibilities

• Managing effective and efficient Contract delivery through State and Site-based teams.
• Improving asset and maintenance management, ensuring asset uptime and desired life-cycle is achieved and reactive maintenance has almost zero callbacks.
• Ensure projects are delivered by teams on time and within budgets.
• Contract financial management, ensuring desired margins are achieved / exceeded.

Job Requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience running a large multi-site, ideally multi-state contract covering a mix of commercial / industrial premises, aviation contracts or hospitals.
• 8+ years’ Facilities Management experience at a managerial level.
• Prior experience running a contract in excess of $150 million (ideally $200M+).
• Full Australian Work Rights and ability to secure a Clear National Police Check.
• Strong relationship management skills, including negotiation skills, identifying contract expansion or additional spend opportunities.
