YOUR ROLE

In this PIVOTAL highly autonomous role being mentored by an outstanding Senior Personal Injury Lawyer with a flourishing busy DIVERSE personal injury practice, you will relish the challenge+ stimulation+ satisfaction of making a positive impact+ obtaining justice for your plaintiff clients in respect of their workers compensation/work injury damages, CTP and public liability claims.

You will be at the ‘front line’ managing your own files and liaising directly with clients/doctors/insurers/solicitors.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

• are admitted as a solicitor in NSW+ have MINIMUM 2-10 years personal injury law experience (including plaintiff experience-essential);
• have had experience in EITHER workers compensation AND/OR CTP (essential) PLUS preferably any 1 or MORE of:  work injury damages and public liability ;
• have proven ability to highly autonomously manage your own personal injury law files (including workers compensation and/or CTP files) from start to finish;
• have a strong technical legal knowledge of relevant legislation+ research/drafting+ advocacy skills;
• are extremely astute + client/results-driven+ proactive and have proven your ability to take FULL-OWNERSHIP of your role;
• thrive in a busy vibrant dead-line driven environment;
