About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team as a Kitchen Assistant at Nellie Melba Retirement Village in Wheelers Hill . This is a c asual position with a hourly rate ranging from $27.27 to $28.90.

Shifts are available

Monday - Friday during the following hours:

• 08:30-16:30
• 11:30-18:30
• 13:30-20:00

In this role, you will work under the guidance of our Chef and alongside a supportive team that includes Cook’s Assistants, our Baker, and other kitchen staff. You will play an important part in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen.

As a Kitchen Hand, your primary responsibility will be washing dishes and keeping kitchen areas tidy. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Victoria’s largest retirement villages and be a valued member of a busy, friendly team. You’ll be our go‑to person for keeping dishes spotless, shiny, and ready for service each day.
