Recruitment Advisor

Three-month contract for an experienced trades recruiter based in Perth.

Our client is currently in the midst of a high-volume trades recruitment campaign, and as such they require immediately available additional support for their team.

Reporting to the Recruitment Team Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process including:

• Provision of full search process
• Pre-screening of applicants
• Shortlisting based on tickets, licences, experience and capabilities
• Interviewing both face to face and telephone
• Supporting the compliance requirements for onboarding

To be successful in your application, you will be an experienced recruiter who can demonstrate the ability to provide thorough applicant searches via online and social tools. It is essential that you possess experience of recruiting for trade-based positions or alternately other blue collar positions. An immediate start is required along with the commitment to the full duration of the contract.
